I am Andrew Cabey, an aspiring computer science/ engineering student with interest in cyber security and reverse-engineering as well as a self-described free software evangelist. On the sysadmin side of things, I spend a lot of time messing with containerization technology (LXC) in my homelab environment while on the operations side I enjoy CTF events and crackmes.
Like this website as a whole, this blog is made as practice for my web development skills, but on the off chance that I am doing something interesting, it gives me some place to record my thoughts and progress. Over time, I hope that I will be able to look back and see how far I've come.
The blog's content will likely consist mostly of technology posts as I figure things out in my homelab with some gaps filled in by my philosophy. I will rarely get too political, but I do have some strong feelings when it comes to electronic freedoms.
